Services
Therapy shaped around what you are actually dealing with.
Most people arrive with more than one of these going on at once — anxiety tangled up with a work situation, or a relationship difficulty that turns out to have older roots. Where we start is something we work out together during the consultation.

Therapy pathways
Nine ways into the work.
Individual Therapy
One-to-one therapy for adults 17 and older — a steady, private place to understand what you have been carrying and decide what you want to do with it.
Anxiety & Overthinking
For minds that run ahead, rehearse conversations, and scan for what could go wrong — therapy that works with the anxiety rather than against it.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Careful, paced work for people whose past still shapes their present — understanding what survival asked of you, and what it costs to keep doing it.
Life Transitions
For the in-between — when the old version of your life has ended and the next one has not arrived yet, whether you chose the change or not.
Stress, Burnout & Boundaries
For people who are dependable to everyone and running on empty — the work of setting limits without becoming someone you do not recognize.
Couples Therapy
For two people stuck in a conversation they keep having — slowing the cycle down enough to understand it, and building a better way through.
Family Therapy
Work with the family as a system — roles, loyalties, generational differences, and the conversations that have never quite been possible.
Bilingual Therapy in English & Spanish
Therapy in the language your experience actually happened in — with a clinician who speaks both, so nothing has to be translated or explained twice.
Mental Health for Creators & Livestreamers
For people whose work happens in public — therapy that understands the algorithm, the comments, the parasocial pull, and the cost of always being available.
Also addressed
Concerns that come up within the work above.
These do not have separate pages on purpose. Splitting them out would mean nine more pages saying much the same thing — more useful to point you at the right starting place.
Emotional regulation
Understanding intense feelings and building skills to move through them without being carried off by them.
Self-esteem & confidence
Working on the internal commentary that never quite lets anything count.
Depression & emotional disconnection
For flatness, low motivation, and the sense of watching your life from a step behind it.
Caregiver stress
Support for people holding responsibility for a parent, child, or partner with ongoing needs.
People-pleasing
Examining the habit of managing everyone else’s comfort at your own expense.
Personal & professional balance
For ambitious people trying to keep their relationships and their health intact alongside their work.
Beyond individual therapy
Groups and workshops.
Groups & Workshops
Therapeutic and educational groups, mental-health workshops and creator-wellness sessions. Upcoming offerings are listed as they are scheduled.
A note on clinical fit
Being clear about scope is part of good care. This practice does not provide treatment for active substance use or eating disorders, court-mandated evaluations, care for severe psychiatric instability requiring a higher level of support than weekly outpatient telehealth, or services for children under 17.
If you reach out and this is not the right fit, I will say so directly and help you look in a better direction. You can read more on the FAQ page.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
A short conversation is enough to start. We can talk about what has been going on, what you are looking for, and whether working together makes sense — with no pressure to decide anything on the call.
15 minutes, free, and no obligation to book a session afterward. Scheduling continues on Headway.
